location good service needs improvement
poor service front desk
the service started poorly i think. the guy at reception ignored me when i came in. the website said i could leave luggage in a locked area though check in was later. the cupboard was full so he left my bags by the front desk. this worried me when i left to explore the city.

great location discount shop handy store nice bakery
i chose this place mainly for the location and i wasn't disappointed. the location was great because all sites i wanted to see were close. several nice cafes were nearby! there was also a great bakery. i found a general merchandise store perfect for those little things. a discount souvenirs shop was a plus.
the elevator seemed a bit slow, it needed some patience.

each staff member added to my adventure with helpful information. they gave great tips! they also shared some added bits on our tours and explained many interesting facts, very helpful. they are cute and cheerful!

amazing stay near everything!
great location clean room helpful staff nice stay
I was thrilled about the location. It is close to the eiffel tower. restaurants were close by, too! our room and ensuite were very clean. they were a good size. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
the elevator was out of service which was a slight inconvenience!

The front desk staff was friendly and always ready to help. if i needed assistance, they willingly provided it. nearby, there were delicious and clean pubs, bakeries, and fruit shops. These businesses provided excellent services.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. It made traveling simple. i found the staff very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. i appreciated the local market nearby. I found various affordable items there.
The provided bath towels were quite small. They barely served their purpose.

hotel location metro station air conditioning shower screen water drying noise insulation
the hotel's location is very convenient. it is close to the metro station. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well..
the shower screen could not be closed completely. water did not dry properly in the bathroom. noise insulation was poor. i could hear noises from other rooms and the corridor.

convenient location clean room adequate space
i found the location very convenient. the métro station is right across the street (dupleix station). i could easily walk to the eiffel tower in about 15 minutes. the classic double room street view i booked was clean and had adequate space.
